This small 6" cast iron fry pan is yet another one dish wonder. It's oven -to -table ready and it's the perfect size for tapas, small plates, desserts and individual servings. The pan is 6" diameter (9" long from end to end and 1.5" deep). The cast iron construction distributes heat evenly and prevents hot spots. It has two built-in pouring 'spouts' on either side of the pan making cooking with liquids easy. The pan is pre-seasoned with vegetable oil and made from all natural materials. I can be used on induction, electric and gas cooktops as well as oven safe to 500 degrees (use your mitts!), and easily cleaned by rinsing with hot water.
