SHIPPING POLICY

Orders for in stock items are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days!  During holiday seasons, you can be assured of quick turnaround (within 24 hours).  You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another notification email once the order is packaged and scheduled to ship.  Please wait 12 - 24 hours for tracking information to be available.  If you do not receive these email notices, please check your junk folder!  For your convenience, we have established fixed rates for shipping destinations within the United States. The rates are as follows:

* Some restrictions apply.  FREE shipping excludes International orders and Special or Bulk orders.  There is a minimal shipping & handling charge for Fire Escape Shelf & Bridge Shelf

For international shipping destinations, please use the CONTACT US Page, contact customerservice@littleobsessed.com for a shipping quote or use the option "Shipping Quotation Requested - Outside U.S. only" payment method during checkout process.  Please DO NOT select a payment option other than Shipping Quotation Requested.  This is important since you won't be charged for the order yet.  You will be contacted for a shipping quote and payment options.  

There is a $ 20.00 minimum order amount for International Shipments.

All Free Shipping promotions or coupons MUST be applied at the time an order is submitted and can be applied to U. S. orders only. 

If an item is not received as expected, please call us immediately and check your order USPS tracking information in your SHIPMENT notification email.  If the post office indicates that the item has in fact been delivered, please check your local post office for delivery information.  We will assist in EVERY way possible in a failure of receipt situation, but if the post office supplies us with a delivery receipt, we cannot be held liable for the non-receipt.
