SHIPPING POLICY
Orders for in stock items are usually processed and SHIPPED within 1-3 business days! During holiday seasons, you can be assured of quick turnaround (within 24 hours). We cannot of course commit to DELIVERY, but have listed USPS guidelines below. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another notification email once the order is packaged and scheduled to ship. Please wait 12 - 24 hours for tracking information to be available. If you do not receive these email notices, please check your junk folder! For your convenience, we have established fixed rates for shipping destinations within the United States. The rates are as follows:

All promotions or coupon codes MUST be applied at the time an order is submitted and can be applied to U. S. orders only. Coupons cannot be applied after an order has been submitted.
If an item is not received as expected, please call us IMMEDIATELY (within 30 days of expected delivery) and check your order USPS tracking information in your SHIPMENT notification email. If the post office indicates that the item has in fact been delivered, please check your local post office for delivery information. We will assist in EVERY way possible in a failure of receipt situation, but if the post office supplies us with a delivery receipt, we cannot be held liable for the non-receipt. Without notification, we cannot be held responsible for non-deliveries older than 45 days!
When orders ship, an email notification along with tracking will be sent to the email address associated with the order. Please review all information to ensure it is correct. Please check your junk or spam filters if you do not see it in your inbox. Feel free to call or email us to resend if necessary.
For U.S. Orders:
* All returned items due to insufficient address will be promptly refunded minus original freight cost and the customer notified via email
* We reserve the right to enforce signature confirmation on all orders $100 and over
* If orders are refused, once they are returned to us, original freight will be deducted from refund
* Please note that Order Comments are NOT meant for shipping instructions!
* Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled! We ship fast and orders go directly to distribution!
* We reserve the right to change shipping providers when necessary
* For missing, shipped packages - please report any issues within 30 days. We cannot be responsible for for orders not received older than 45 days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
FREE shipping excludes International orders and Special or Bulk orders. For international shipping destinations, please use the option "Shipping Quotation Requested - Outside U.S. only" as your PAYMENT METHOD during checkout process. Please DO NOT select a payment option other than Shipping Quotation Requested. This is important since you won't be charged for the order yet. You will be contacted for a shipping quote and payment options.
- There is a $ 25.00 USD minimum order amount for International Shipments.
- Our Shipping charges/estimates do not include any customs duties, import consumption taxes or applicable local VAT fees you may incur
- Before placing your order, please check with local institutions such as customs. You may be responsible for any non-deliverable address and for any cost associated with confiscation or return.
- Order will expire and automatically cancel if we don't hear back from you regarding shipping quote in 3 days.
