Use of Web Site
The littleobsessed.com Web site exists solely for the use of individuals and entities wishing to engage in retail transactions involving the products of Little Obsessed. The transactions may include reviewing, considering and purchases the Web site's goods. The Web site may also be used to contact or transact business with Little Obsessed on their own behalf or, in certain cases, on behalf of their intended recipients.
Due to potential fraudulent orders, Little Obsessed maintains the right to cancel any order where contact information submitted is not accurate or does not exist (i.e. phone number, email address) and where customer is non-responsive to inquiry.
Coupons and Promotion Codes
All coupons and promotions codes MUST be applied to an order during checkout. Coupon codes cannot be applied once an order has completed its checkout and payment process! Also, some coupon codes and promotions may not be valid on Bulk Orders (quantities 12 and over of a single product). Coupon Codes can be used one time per customer and min order amount is $10.00. Coupon Codes are not applicable to International Orders.
Gift Certificates
Merchandise bought with gift certificates is not refundable. If an item is damaged upon delivery, please call Customer Service ASAP to discuss options - exchange or store credit will be extended. Exchanges will be accepted when applicable and based on item availability.

Never Received / Stolen Packages
Little Obsessed cannot be responsible for stolen packages. Please do your best to select a shipping address that will have someone home to accept the delivery, or have your order shipped to your office. Sending packages to 'shared' mailboxes or building managers are not recommended. Packages are generally not shipped requiring a signature for delivery, unless requested by the customer (with associated fee). The customer assumes all liability for stolen packages verified delivered by the carrier with tracking information.
Product Pricing
Default (or "strike-through") pricing on the Little Obsessed website indicates an MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price) or SRP (suggested retail price) provided by brand distributor/manufacturer. Little Obsessed's Sale Price indicates the price that we sell that product. The savings indicated is the difference in that pricing structure. Some pricing for products are always sold at "MAP" (minimum advertised price) based on vendor/distributor demand, meaning we have no flexibility on discount; but those products in which we have flexibility, are sold at our pricing discretion.
