Despite the package being wrapped well and marked “fragile,” our mail delivered dropped this on our porch hard enough to break one of the bowls. I emailed customer service immediately and received a response within 2 hours confirming a replacement would be sent. I love these bowls for soy sauce sushi date nights and mini desserts. Since our chopstick and miso spoon sets are all different patterns, I liked that these were different colors.
