RETURNS POLICY:

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from Little Obsessed. If product is damaged in transit, please call us right away and we will discuss a replacement of the item, or a potential refund.  If our products simply fail to meet your expectations,  please call or send an email to customerservice@littleobsessed.com and indicate the order number, the item  you want to return, the reason and product price.  Please return the items within 30 days of receiving your purchase for exchange or refund to the below address.  Please make sure items are securely packaged as we cannot issue refunds on damaged or open items.  Returned products must  be in original condition as when you received them.  Little Obsessed is not responsible for delivery and handling charges on returns and your refund will be minus original freight cost.  We regret that sale items, bulk or special orders or International Sales are non-returnable.  Returns are to be shipped to:

Refunds on returned items are in the form of the original payment method and will be processed at the time we receive the item.  It may take up to two billing cycles for refunds to show up on bank statements, although the credit will post 1-3 business days after the return has been processed.

If a refund is requested, an email will be sent out once the refund is complete.  If an exchange has been requested, a second email will be sent out once the new order has been processed.  We are unable to guarantee that the product listed for exchange will be in stock at the time your order is processed.  In these cases, a refund will be issued to your original payment form.

PLEASE NOTE:  In the case of a return on orders that qualify for free shipping, keep in mind that if the expected refund causes the total order to fall below the "Free Shipping" threshold, appropriate shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
