If an item is not received as expected, please call us IMMEDIATELY (within 30 days of expected delivery) and check your order USPS tracking information in your SHIPMENT notification email. If the post office indicates that the item has in fact been delivered, please check your local post office for delivery information. We will assist in EVERY way possible in a failure of receipt situation, but if the post office supplies us with a delivery receipt, we cannot be held liable for the non-receipt. Without notification, we cannot be held responsible for non-deliveries older than 120 days!
For U.S. and International Orders:
* All USPS returned items due to insufficient address will be promptly refunded minus original freight cost
* We reserve the right to enforce signature confirmation on all orders $100 and over
* If orders are refused, once they are returned to us, original freight AND return freight will be deducted from refund
